Hi there, I’m Liz
I design 360 Reviews and Culture Reports to collect the data you’ll need for targeted, meaningful growth.
With over a decade of experience, I pair open-ended survey questions with one-on-one interviews to solicit rich input from your team members. My reports focus on high-priority themes to identify what is going well (and how to capitalize on those items) and what is not going well (and what you can do about it).
Each project is catered to my client so I can ask good questions, pull on the right threads, and deliver feedback that is resonant and actionable.

My Guiding Principles
Facilitating Growth
The premise of my work is that the leader, team, or organization is willing to make changes to become the best version of themselves. I’m here to help by providing a map of their current style and patterns, with some route suggestions on how to get to their destination. I highly recommend clients work with a coach to best assimilate and take action based on their report.
Enthusiastic Buy-In
This endeavor is an opportunity for leaders to get curious, demonstrate openness, and get real input on how things are going. On the other side of the table, respondents have a chance to engage, provide candid feedback, and be a partner in the client’s sincere efforts. To make that a reality, stakeholders on all sides should be excited to dig in and believe it will make a difference.
Confidentiality
Both providing and receiving feedback can be a vulnerable act. My role is to provide a layer of confidentiality. I do not share specifics of who said what and I only share my report with specified stakeholders. I view myself as an ally for participants and principals alike.
